[help] history navigation related issue

Post by asamirid »

greetings..

i want to assign hot key to navigate back in global history, it's should be easy right !!

but i wanted it to navigate in all the everything history not just current everything window history.

for example if i searched for "cats and dogs" finished my doings and closed the current windows

i want to open a new window, press a hot key bring back "cats and dogs" in search field, press it again go back one by one in all history entries without the need to open the standalone history window.

i hope i cloud clarify my needs.

how can i do that ??

i will explain why this is responsible..

we usually when start searching for something we try some terms back and forth until we find what we need, when we start to operate with the results we got we "i at least" sometimes forget and close the current windows, it will be helpful to have the option to easy navigate back in all history i wrote before.

Alt + Up or Alt + Down will also show search history from the search box.

Keyboard > Show commands containing: history > Search Edit | Show All Search History:
ALT+NACH-OBEN (Search Edit)    } Alt + Up
ALT+NACH-UNTEN (Search Edit)  } Alt + Down
