Currently, selecting a filter (Pictures, executables, etc.) requires TWO mouse-clicks: One for opening the combo box and one for selecting the filter.
Since I am a fan of ONECLICK-ACTIONS, this is one mouse-click too mutch.
Solution: Implement an option to have the choice between the current combo-box and 16x16 filter buttons (each with a recognizable glyph) with a radio behavior. These buttons wouldn't take much space and would reduce the filter selection to ONE SINGLE MOUSE-CLICK!
This would be great!
