eleminating results from command window

Post by hhtt »

Hi, when I write, say, "it is" there are a lot of results but I would like eleminate some of them which includes, say, "bird" so how could I do it?

This does not work: "It is" -"bird"

What is the correct command when entered, it will show all results having "it is" but non of them will include "bird"

Thank you

! = NOT

so:

"it is" !bird

Hi, therube. From which part of the program can I monitor this feature? For example, Tools>Options>General or if it is from http://www.voidtools.com, would you like to give the link.

And what is called the process which I try to do in search engine terminlogy?

Thank you.

Not quite sure what you're saying, but, Help | Search Syntax.
