How force refresh of database in 1.3.4.686?

Used to be this excellent program had a .db file that, if you wanted to force a refresh of the database, you could simply delete and on next restart - which took a second longer than normal - the database was up to date.

The reason I want to be able to do this is that, after my renaming a folder on the desktop, Everything still indicates the old name:

To force a refresh of the database in Everything 1.3:

• In "Everything", from the Tools menu, click Options.
• Click the Indexes tab.
• Click Force rebuild.
• Click OK.
