Update (for Win10) for Start Menu replacement?

Back in 2010 there was a thread about tweaking the Windows registry to make the Start Menu 'find -> files or folders' option open Everything.exe.

I tried it just now on my Win10 system (bought just before the pandemic), and Win10 wouldn't let me do the tweak.
Has anyone tried to update this tweak specifically for Win10, or are there other tweaks I'd have to make before re-attempting the original one from 2010? Thanks.
