Everything webservice from remote computer

Hi,
I am not able to use the everything webservice from remote computer, on the system where the everything service is installed.
It is working very well, while a user is logged in, on the everything system.
But not, if the system was rebooted and nobody was logged in.
The service is running with special user with admin credentials. And the service was started automatically after reboot.
Any idea whats wrong?
