Bunch of search windows open, stopped taking input, any way to wake them up?

Post by stevenroussos »

Have a bunch of searches open I would rather not have to re-enter. However after computer sleep and wake they are all now refusing to accept any keyboard input. Otherwise the menus, resizing, result options (click, context menu, etc) are all functioning normally.

What is causing this, and is there any way to re-awaken the existing windows to input without killing and restarting them?

Thank you!

Could you please send me your debug log after putting your computer to sleep and waking it?
  • In Everything, type in the following search and press ENTER:
    /debug_log
(You should see Debug logging started in the status bar for a few seconds.)
  • Put your computer to sleep.
  • Wake your computer.
  • Is Everything taking input?
  • Please send your %TEMP%\Everything Debug Log.txt to support@voidtools.com
