1.4.1.877 (x64):
Checked ReFS removeable vol, but does not index (within Win7 boot session). Did not try rebooting Win7.

Windows 7 does not support ReFS volumes.

Everything on Windows 7 does not support ReFS volumes.

You will need Windows 10 or later to index ReFS volumes with Everything.

ReFS notwithstanding (it was the only setting in ET that I saw might be preventing index).

Does ET not index SD card data in NTFS??

Everything should be indexing your SD Card.

Is your SD Card listed in Tools -> Options -> NTFS?
Is "Include in database" checked in Tools -> Options -> NTFS?

If Everything does not see this volume, could you please:
  • Open a command prompt.
  • Run the following command:
    fsutil fsinfo volumeinfo e:
where e: is your SD Card drive.
  • What is shown in the command prompt?
  • Run the following command:
    fsutil fsinfo ntfsinfo e:
where e: is your SD Card drive.
  • What is shown in the command prompt?

Holy Moley! Solved, thank you.

My mistake was that I assumed that "ReFS" referred to "Removable Files System" ie. SD card.
