file with hardlinks only appears in one path in everything 1.2.1.371
"Everything" will only scan the first original hardlink.
"Everything" does not index all hardlinks, since it is too inefficient to maintain this information at this stage.
You will be able to index all hardlinks with a future release using custom file lists, however you will need to manually maintain the indexes.
