1. Don't know why is it case sensitive
2. SearchBox: datemodified:18/05
I got results as 19/06/2006
It's look like Everything think I'm looking for june 2006.

All search functions are currently case sensitive. I'm considering case insensitive search functions.
In Everything, two numbers in a date are interpreted as month/year (or year/month depend on your locale settings).
In this case, 18th month of the year 2005. The 18th month overflows causing the date to become June 2006.

I don't know if the current is useful for someone.
To me, it's obvious the user are looking for those 2 numbers in the DateModified
It would be better to search by treating "18/05" as a string
or
search 18 and 05 somewhere in the DateModified.
