I am sure I am not the first person to suggest boolean search functionality. As great as this tool is, that would make it even better.

The other request is the option to search property fields, like comments. Maybe make it an option?

Do you mean:
Options > Search > Allow literal operators
?

this AND that AND or AND the AND other

this <that | or> the other

this AND ( that OR or ) AND the AND other
