There are nightly builds you may find on the site, but theses are experimental and not fully tested.

Currently, there's no way to track nightly builds, sorry.
There is multiple nightly builds done daily at the moment.
If you do wish to try Everything 1.4.1 and find an issue, please let me know and I can keep you updated on the status of the bug.
