Freezing while HTTP/FTP restarting

Good day! Sorry for my bad English 
Probably, I discovered the small bug in version 1.2.1.375.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start the HTTP (or FTP) server;
2. Go to 'Options'->'HTTP' (or 'ETP/FTP');
3. Change some settings (I changed the password);
4. Apply the settings.
5. Everything will say: "Changes have been made to the HTTP server Would you like to restart the HTTP server?". YES! I want!
6. Oops!!! Everything stops to response
Version 1.2.1.371 dont have this bug.
