New context menu support for Windows 11

Windows 11 uses a new context menu API, and previous context menu items will be hidden to the secondary menu.
Some software such as BandiZip, NanaZip, PowerToys, Mp3Tag, etc. have adapted to the new API, which is more convenient and has better visual effects.
It would be great if Everything could adapt to it.

Can't be done yet..

There's no API that exposes the new context menu.
