Bookmark icon displayed black

When I use for a bookmark icon the first icon (blank page icon) from %SystemRoot%\System32\SHELL32.dll the icon is display correctly in Edit Bookmark window but is display as a black square in Bookmarks drop down menu.
Can anyone confirm this?
Win 10 22H2 x64, latest updates.

Confirmed. In standard as well as dark mode.
Something else is misaligned here too. Might be related. Will post details later.

Thank you for bringing this issue to my attention.
Everything currently doesn't like %SystemRoot%
For now, please replace %SystemRoot% with C:\windows
I'll have this fixed in the next alpha update.
