Congratulations David! Search Everything was shown in the movie Missing (2023). I'm not sure if that's something you were informed about, but just in case you weren't well, here goes. Enter Leonardo pointing his finger at the TV meme.

I swear, that is the worst movie for trying to find a computer scene. The WHOLE FILM is of a computer screen, phone screen, video calling and security camera apps.

I found the Everything icon, they show 90% of a desktop icon, but they never run the program (that i saw). [1h 11m]
