Im using 1.2.1.451a on win 7 64 bit, trying to search on etp results in shortened result names and garbled screen when scrolling down is this a known issue?

Really like everything, but cant seem to get the search with etp working.

I have a problem too with searching another computer via ETP.
If my search finds more than one screenfull of data, then the 1st screen displays all right, but if I try to scroll down the display becomes garbled.
The problem does not occur with HTTP between the same machines. But of course on http the scrolling is manual, asking for next page.

After the display became garbled, I can restore again the 1st page by modifying the search string (for ex by adding a space). It garbles again when scrolling.

All is fine if I manage to narrow the search to less than one screenful of data.

Both computers run Version 1.2.1.451a on win XP

I have exactly the same problem!

But, I wasn't aware that using the HTTP server fixed it... I'll give that a go tonight.

Is there a version other than 1.2.1.451a which can handle more than one screenful of data when connected to ETP server?

I am aware of the bugs with the ETP Server.

The most stable release is:
http://www.voidtools.com/Everything-1.2.1.452a.zip
