Version 1.4.1.1022 Lite (x64) Not Scrolling

Version 1.4.1.1022 Lite (x64) Not Scrolling through Results using touchpad. I have to use the scroll bar. Is this normal or can I set an option to allow touchpad scrolling?

Searching the forum for touchpad gives this for example

It also contains some restrictions in the Lite version.
