How to search documents by tags?

Greetings, I am not sure that it this was posted or asked before, I have searched but I was unable to find.
When I save microsoft word file I always use Tags, Category & comments so that I can organize documents easily using windows default search as it is easy to search by tags, at least I try to fill up the tags.

Well, I generally type the tags in info option when I edit the document.
How to search any document in everything using tags?
