Suggestion: ignore filter shortcuts when filter input has focus

I set up a few filter shortcuts using plain letters but found that I couldn't then type those letters into the filter input box. I'd think it would be more useful if the filter shortcuts only worked when the results box had focus, or maybe just when the input box did not.

The next alpha update will only allow A-Z or 0-9 keyboard shortcuts (with no modifier) to work from non-edit windows. (ie: the result list)

Everything 1.5.0.1358a makes the following change:

Bookmark or filters with a keyboard binding of a-z or 0-9 without a modifier will no longer trigger from edit controls.
