Can I run such a command line(index a drive)

Post by vsub »

1.Run Everything ignoring the existing db
2.Create a database of a specific drive which will not be saved as a database file
3.Export the database as efu file
4.Exit Everything

I want to create a file list of my external drive but I don't want to add it to the database and just creating a file list using the file list creator takes ages
When the drive is indexed the usual way,it takes a lot less time to index it and export everything to a efu file

The external drive is 5TB with around 3tb in use with over a million files

It looks like you are describing IndexThis :)

Or should it be one command without any interaction? (IndexThis still requires you to export the results to a .EFU file)
