Don't understand your point?

According to KeyTronic what you show is correct & what they show must be.
Actually, that's not right. They're using the "large L" enter & that is totally wrong, as it then puts the \ key in a totally wrong place.
So much for KeyTronic.

In any case, the dash is correct, 0 - =.

Pressing the - on your keyboard, usually next to the 0 (zero) key, will produce a hyphen-minus. Not dash!


Dash:
Hold down the ALT key (left alt key).
Type the alt code(you should use the numbers on the keypad, not the ones on top row) for the special character or symbol you want to get and release the ALT key.
But what to do not to enter this combination all the time?

Store the — dash in a text file and copy/paste it when needed?

or, try the Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator to create a custom keyboard layout.
