I don't know whether is it a bug:

I just selected "Auto include new fixed volumes",

but when I plug a USB Disk, it also index the USB Disk partition.

Version 1.3.4.686 (x86) on Windows10 64bit.

Windows treats USB Disks as fixed volumes.

You may wish to uncheck auto include fixed volumes and auto include removable volumes.
