Set not content indexed attributes

Anyone knows a quick way to many files and folders set "not content indexed" attributes at the same time?

I'd never even heard of that before.
(Now glad that I have... I think.)

Seems you can do that by drive.
(Right click the drive, Properties.)

Or entirely.
(Disable Windows Search [Indexing] through services.msc.)

From a command prompt, using the ATTRIB command (Win7 & up, perhaps Vista too?).
(Not sure how to do that in XP?)

If there were a utility (& not that I've found one) where you could drag a set of files from Everything into...

Use Everything to generate a list of file+path names. Edit said list...
(%s/^/ATTRIB -I <TAB>/, kind of thing, then run it as a batch file...)
