Issue1:
Before the end of the scan of all multi-HDD I close the application, but the process still hangs in the background and scans all drives. It takes a very long time.
How to correctly close the application without having to kill each time the process of Everything?

Issue2:
Can not restore the application "On Top"

Before the end of the scan of all multi-HDD I close the application, but the process still hangs in the background and scans all drives. It takes a very long time.

The initial index should only occur once and cannot be canceled.
Everything will wait for the initial indexing to complete before exiting.

Please make sure Everything is able to save its settings:

• In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
• Click the General tab.
• Check Store settings and data in %APPDATA%\Everything.
• Click OK.

Can not restore the application "On Top"

I'm not sure what you mean here, you can change the On Top setting from the View menu, under the On Top submenu.
