Installation problem

Hi everybody,
I just downloaded Everything-1.4.1.935.x64-Setup.exe from you site, but it definetely refuses to install.
I launch it as administrator and... nothing happens! Not even showing in the task manager!
I'am on W10 pro 1803 64 bits.
I"d very much appreciate your help.
