It is not clear what the problem is.

To select all partitions in the Everything index, search for:
root:
From the Edit menu, click Select All.

Everything will automatically index all NTFS volumes by default.

To see if a NTFS volume is included:
  • In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
  • Click the NTFS tab.
  • Select the desired NTFS volume
  • If Include in database is checked the selected NTFS volume in the Everything index.
To add a non-NTFS volume to the Everything index:
  • In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
  • Click the Folders tab.
  • Click Add....
  • Select the non-NTFS volume and click OK.
  • Click OK.

On the NTFS tab, Local NTFS volumes:, I think he wants to be able to select multiple (or all) items in the selection box & preform an operation on all at once, rather then having to do it one by one (potentially 26 times, or so).

Something like this could be added to the toolbar or advanced search (in Everything 1.5).

For now, you have to type in the volumes you wish to search, for example, to limit the search to the c: or g: drive, search for:
c:|g:
