I notice that if a filter and a bookmark have the same name then the bookmark takes precedence.

It would be nice if Everything could detect this clash and warn the user if they try to create an entry whose name has already been used.

Currently, only the first instance of a filter with the same name will be used.

I've added to my TODO list to resolve filters correctly when a name is reused.
I've added to my TODO list to show a warning when a macro name already exists.
