Help windows

Remember the positions and sizes of the three help windows (Search Syntax, RegEx Syntax, Command Line Options).
And I think the three windows can be combined into one tabbed window. So only one position and size is needed to remember. But keep the three commands available so we can open the corresponding tab directly.
And I suggest adding a fourth tab for User's Notes, since comments can not be kept in Everything.ini.
If Everything.chm will still be supported in the future:
The Help window opened from a main window should not be always in front of that main window.
The Help window opened from a main window should use same position and size as the directly-opened Everything.chm.
Add "Favorites", and keep a history (dropdown) for "Search", in the Help window.
