When I search pictures I want to display them as thumbnails, but when I search for other file types I usually want to display the result in Details view. It would be cool if the View would change automatically when I select a Filter. Suggested implementation: in "Organize Filters" / "Edit..." it would be possible to select a View.

Please consider bookmarks.
Bookmarks will allow you to save the View.

I have added view: to the next major version of Everything which will allow you to change the view through the filter's search.
