Search history: minimum length

Suggestion for a configurable minimum length of a search query before it gets added to the search history.
(So with a configured minimum length of 8,
ext:efu
would not be added to the search history).

Added search_history_min_length ini option for the next release of Everything.
It is set to 0 by default, which means no limit.
