When I install everything, NTFS is fixed as removable media (A and F drives). I am not able to provide access to database of files (C or E drive). Please let me know how to do this.

Everything only works on NTFS formatted drives.
So if your C: & E: are not, then it will not work for them.

You can convert FAT drives to NTFS (though as beneficial as Everything is, if my drives were FAT, I <personally> would be hesitant to convert them).
