Show tray icon + Single click tray

I have searched this forum but I cannot find my answer. My system is a Windows 10, 64-bit desktop PC. EVERY time I reboot my system, my Everything parameters are somehow changed and thus I am required to recheck both my "Show tray icon" and "Single click tray" options and apply those changes. Any suggestions or fixes for me please?

Please make sure "Store settings and data in %APPDATA%\Everything" is enabled from Tools -> Options -> General.
