How to exclude folders from results containing a certain word
Probably this is easy, but whatever I try, I do not get the desired results. So, finally, I have no alternative but to ask this most probably dumb question here... In the search box it reads: N:\ img-08082016 121701 This displays the file '08082016 121701.jpg' located in various folders on N-drive (...

Re: Everything Context menu find duplicates in selected folder
Everything 1.5 Alpha introduces a new method of duplicate finding. Column-data duplicates. This effectively replaces the dupe:, dmdupe:, sizedupe: commands because those only work against the entire filesystem Index and cannot be refined to a specific drive or folder or search results. For example:...

How to show both folders and pictures?
I can either
-filter on pictures (get files only), or
-filter on folders containing pictures (get folders only)
But .. what to use to have both folders and files displayed based on extension images?
Maybe it isn't possible though.
Thanks!

Right!
Under Exclude I added a filter named $Recycle.bin
Now the results are the same.

Not sure if this is the right way, or whether I should add this per drive, so:
C:\$Recycle.bin
D:\$RECYCLE.BIN
E:\$RECYCLE.BIN
etc.

Partly.. it doesn't show date-time stamp: if you have a lot of files that are reading roughly the same, then you may not always be sure which one to use.
Then only way is then to check date-time stamp.
