Is there a way to get a notification email when v1.5 Alpha goes to Beta and also when it goes to Gold for a full release?

It can get tedious re-checking this forum for this information and a notification would be very useful to those who want to use an operational version as soon as possible!

Is Force Rebuild necessary from time to time in order to tidy up a "tangled" index? I'm thinking of doing this largely for performance reasons. Or does the index look after itself?

I have set Everything not to show links in the results by specifying .lnk (in Options > Indexes > Exclude). Can I override this by for a single search, without disabling the entire exclude list? Perhaps there's a parameter I can use in my search statement to force Everything to include links?

Is it possible to make a custom FILTER list all matching results even if I do not enter a search term?

For other searches I do not want to see any results unless I enter a term. This means I wish to keep the setting enabled for "Hide results when the search is empty".

In Everything , type in the following search and press ENTER : /max_threads=1 If successful you should see max_threads=1 in the status bar for a few seconds.
