It is only a matter of opinions, for me everything looks good as is as.
Often shareware apps are using eccessive graphic to cover a shit program.

It isn't enough since on Windows XP the name of "Local Settings" and "Application Data" folders change depending of the language of the OS.
If I remember correctly there are APIs to get the path of the "Local Settings" and the "Application Data" folders.

Does it mean that it show them corrupted inside Everything or it really corrupt filenames on the disk?

I haven't tried it but isn't a exFAT partition with TFAT (a transactional file system standard) enabled similar to NTFS for searching?
