It should be restoring any windows that were opened at the time of your Quit (File | Exit). If you had 3 windows opened, then closed 2 of them, then Quit, only that last Window would be restored. It worked - on the computer I'm backing up from.it worked
I created the backup (as I have always been doing).
I throw the .ARJ into a directory & extract its' contents.
I run GO-HOME-HOME.BAT, & it worked.

Anyhow, even though I ran into this "bad" .db, when I run my BU-HOME.bat, again, having changed nothing at all (in methodology or program versions) - it worked.
