I assume as it is, it would just index everythng like default? or can you feed it a config that has been setup on the existing everything gui options?

Re: How with search string *.mp3.xml
It's a little tricky to do with Everything 1.4, please try the following: Search for: *.mp3.xml From the File menu, click Export... Change Save as type to: EFU Everything File List . Choose a filename and click Save (eg: mp3-xml.efu on the Desktop) Open this mp3-xml.efu with notepad and replace (Ct...

Re: Tabbed support?
So tabs like I have on explorer.. where they are aligned in there own toolbar, so in everything, that would ideally be to the right of the menubar... usually plenty of empty space... if not that, then if you have another tab opened then you could have a new toolbar appear below the menubar and above...

" One of the main reasons for removing filters is because I didn't want to define what an "audio" file was etc." And this is what I mean by improve it, not remove it... I was expecting some options to redefine these filters, or just add more specific ones. I really wanted to be a...

How weird that I would search voidtools to see if anything had happened here.. not expecting anything but dead nothing. Anyway really good to see the project isn't as dead as I thought and you're still alive, however honestly little disappointed in the actual update. I mean seriously, the easy to dr...

Calculating file sizes for selected files in everything results. The status bar already displays how many files you've got selected ie 12objects, ...<total size> would be handy.

Well I'd like to have Everything be able to do everything fast.... so maybe it could use a table/database to store.. even a special database system that is specially design to allow you to set particular drives/folders where it should check file sizes and store those. "Unfortunately, in order t...

size filtering would be GREAT...
sorting the size column of 1800000+.... items is nuts.. but filtering the list for anything over a certain size would be a major help, would then making sorting the size column much quicker
