One more question while here -- is it bad to tell it to NEVER SCAN? I don't quite understand that as to what it is scanning.

I have been using Everything for years now, and all of a sudden I cannot scan my external drive. How do I do that? I did see where you said to go to Tools/Options/Folders, but when changing the drive letter and clicking ok, it still does not work. I need Everything to search only 2 drives. Thank you.
