Re: EFU File List Help
I will consider playlist support. I have put on my TODO list to add importing and exporting as m3u/m3u8. Thank you for the suggestion. Great Void!. Consideration is the only thing I could ask for. If you decide to add this feature, please also consider to add a commented line with the used search s...

Re: EFU File List Help
Currently, no. The File List Editor is for editing EFU (Everything file lists). I will consider support for editing playlists. What playlist extension are you using? For playlists, file extensions .m3u and m3u8 can work with lists consisting of only file paths, without any other information. And th...

Re: EFU File List Help
Unfortunately, the File List Editor keyboard shortcuts are hard coded and cannot be changed. Well, It seems I can't use it anyways.. Playlists I had been editing were added additional CSV fields, so players no longer are able to play them. Is there a way to prevent those additional CSV fields from ...

Re: EFU File List Help
Hi friends!
Is there a way to customize the File List Editor keyboard shortcuts ?
I just recently found it very useful and quick for editing playlists, but shortcuts appear to be apart from the main program.
Best regards!

[Suggestion] Export as Playlist
Hello. If I may suggest.. It would be a good addition in EV to have the option to EXPORT as M3U/m3u8 playlist (file list or current selection). This already can be done by exporting as .txt and then renaming with the .m3u8 file extension. It will work "as is" with most music/video players ...

Everything Rename in Windows Context Menus
I just had an issue with EV file rename in v1.5.1341 that made me roll back to v1.5.1340 where it doesn't happen. I use a VBS script to load files and folders to "everything64.exe -rename" from Windows context menus. But this somewhat stopped working with version v1.5.1341, although it sti...

Single click file rename
Since v1.5.0.1336a it seems I cannot rename a file by a single click..
I've rolled back to v1.5.0.1335a and is working again.
Is it a new option I'm missing? or is that feature gone?

Re: Is it possible to separate volume config from Everything.ini ?
Thank you for your response... There might be timing issues when Everything is configured to run at startup: When Everything starts and your "cloud-drive" has yet to be initialized (and therefor is not yet available), the settings can not be read. This won't be an issue. The cloud-drive do...

Re: Is it possible to separate volume config from Everything.ini ?
Now that I think about it.. To share the same Everything.ini among several computers, besides a separate volume configuration, it would also be useful to separate window sizing and positioning . This would allow to better share the configuration between computers and mobile devices (laptops) which h...

Is it possible to separate volume config from Everything.ini ?
I'm interested in sharing the same configuration file between several computers by sharing it in a folder in the cloud (OneDrive). This would allow to have the same configuration, keyboard shortcuts, and filters on each. However, the .ini file contains "ntfs_volume" entries that are unique...

Re: EV 1.5 alpha doesn't work with AutoHotkey
Maybe you are running EV 1.5 as admin and Autohotkey is not Autohotkey will not work on any program that is running as admin while AHK is not Works fine here Yes!, you're right.. I should've thought of that. I had opened EV 1.5a as administrator (since I was testing it). But after setting up the se...

EV 1.5 alpha doesn't work with AutoHotkey
Hello my friends! I just gave EV 1.5 alpha a try but it seems not to work with AutoHotkey. AHK can't seem to detect WinActive and/or WinTitle properties from an EV active windows, and any global hotkey DOES NOT work if it's also called from an active EV 1.5a window. For example, I have a hotkey (CTR...

Re: Multiple folder search from Windows context menu
If you use -s instead of -path & enclose the (multiple) paths in only 1 set of quotes, does that work? -s "path1|path2|path3" Thank you for your response.. It does work with the -s argument unless there's a space on the path for any given folder.. Then an "invalid path" erro...

Multiple folder search from Windows context menu
Is there a way to send to everything.exe multiple folders as arguments to search at the same time? I'm trying to set up a context menu for Everthing.exe to search over multiple folders selected on file explorer, without implementing any shell extension and without the program's own context menu. I n...
