Hi Void, I am still not getting Everything to work, I have tried Opruimen - no luck. I have also tried to uninstall the previous version 12.06.2018 and install an update. Even though I click on Uninstall it does not uninstall. Could please help me this again. I have sent TeamViewer details. Thanks Ken

I have entered the correct parameters and still nothing.

I clicked to open Everything and used Administrator function - still doesn't open and doesn't feature in Processes.

Are you able to do a TeamViewer?

No, it is not showing up in the Windows Task Manager - Processes.

However, it is showing up under Services - but it says "stopped" - I tried to start it with right click and I get this error message.
