Thanks for your help MasterMC with finding the issue. IOBit Advanced SystemCare 11 was preventing any program called Everything.exe from starting. I ran the portable now and it works after i ran the last command you gave me , renaming everything to test .

Anyhow i can't install the program . I mean when i install it it does nothing so i can only use the portable version for now.

There are no other file names. Nothing happens emplies that when I run the program it's almost the same as doing nothing . Idk how else to explain it .

Since then i have tried running the portable for version 32 bit and 64 bit and it does nothing and it does not run at all . I have tried to install quite a few ...

i run admin and non admin in the past it was working before the latest 1803 win 10 . Now nothing works even trying to run as admin . Like i said i uninstalled the everything program and i can't reinstall it anymore . I says it installed but nothing is there in the prgrgam files and no desk top icon ...

also i can't reinstall the program anymore . when i reinstall it goes through the regular process but actually does not make an installation folder and does not make a shortcut on the desk top and the program does not show up in the start meny . It's really messed up it's like it pretends to install...

Ever since i updated win 10 to the latest version , everything won't start anymore no mater what i do , even the portable won't start . the 32 bit version and the 64 bit version . I wonder if i could get an older version to work ?
