we are team of 20 users with same access to network folder with 800,000 files. now , every 1 has his PC with c,d Drive , so everything index it. but each one add the network folder to his everything. the resualt is that each everything need to sync all of this files. It will be smart if we can to sh...

1) how can I see list of all files that everything indexed?
2) when everything need to check if is there any update on my drive , how it do it?
running on all of my files like re-index?
check hashes on folders and on this way verify if folder (and all include files) not changed?

this is big network drive , with +-milions files.
During the time that everything index all the files I can't serach anything on everything
why???
