Wait! Just figured it out. There is also a checkbox I must click to activate the alternate row color option in another menu. Got it sorted now.

Is the "alternate row" coloring meant for the search result panel of the main Everything window? If so, I cannot get it to work. Regardless of what color I choose, the entire search results panel background is still the same complete solid white. If it helps, I'm on: Windows 10 64-bit Ever...
