Delete multiple folders
Greetings,
How can I delete multiple folders?
I can delete folders singly, but when I select multiple folders the "Delete" option in the context menu is not available.
If I choose "Delete" from the File menu no folders are deleted.
Thanks,
WV-Mike

Re: Files found on thumb drive which do not exist
If you are indexing the thumb drive as a folder index in Everything: In Everything , from the Tools menu, click Options . Click the Folders tab on the left. Select your thumb drive and click Rescan Now . Close the Options window. Does the issue persist? It does not. Thanks, WV-Mike

Re: Everything reporting non existent drive
Yes, the E: was listed. I do not remember adding it, but I must have.
I removed the drive and all is well now.
Thanks!

Everything reporting non existent drive
Greetings,
Everything is reporting a drive (e:) which does not exist.
I have not seen this behavior before.
I forced an index rebuild but it is still reporting the e: drive
A screen shot is attached.
Thanks,
WV-Mike

Re: searching by file size
Please try searching for: e:\ dm :20180429..20181228 *.jpg size:>2mb dc = date created. dm = date modified. Date modified information is indexed by default (fast searching and sorting), whereas date created information is not. Of course! Now that it is obvious it all becomes clear. ;) Thanks and Ha...

Re: searching by file size
if your date range starts on Jan 1st 2017, shouldn't it be dc:2017 01 01..20181230 instead of 2017 10 01 I cannot get "dc:20180101..20180430 *.jpg size:>2mb" to search a USB drive. It only searches the C:\ drive. WV-Mike I was able to direct it to the E (USB) drive. However, I get no resu...

Re: searching by file size
I wish to add a 'larger than" filter to this string. For instance: larger than 2 megabytes Please try searching for: size:>2mb Altogether: dc:20171001..20181230 *.jpg size:>2mb Thanks! However, it will now only display a list of "date created" .jpg files from 2018. I have verified th...
