Disable Match Path from the Search menu and search for:
path:path-part name-part

Thank you, the tip below did the trick. Somehow I missed and never knew the path: search term, which will be immensely helpful moving forward.

For some reason, even after uninstalling Everything, nuking %appdata%/everything, and rebuilding its index by force, Everything insists on listing three removable volumes, S:, T: and U: in Tools > Options > NTFS.
