Re: Ability to add additional context menu commands
Thanks for your feedback, glad to hear you find Everything useful! Customizable context menus is on my TODO list. The submenus using \ should be easy enough to do, Everything is already using something similar (menu_folders) for filters and bookmarks, added to my TODO list. The rules idea is good, ...

Re: Everything window is 'Always On Top'
Thank you for this, I too was fooled. Yes, had I slowed down a little I would most likely have caught it, but even after reading your comment about it being under the view menu I missed it 2x with a quick check in the settings for a duplicate/alternate location for the settings of 'On Top'. I think ...

Re: depth: missing from 'help -> search syntax'
Just an observation and not a biggie by any means, but I believe your have is listed as depth:<depth> in the help pages. I would assume most would interpret this as a number, but seeing how all other # functions followed with <count>, at least for me, caused momentary doubt Actually having trouble w...

Re: Quick Question regarding Everything and RegEx
MAybe someone will post a regex query for this, but I can think of 2 relatively easy ways to get this information: Option 1: a simple batch file (could be done in one line, but I made it a little easier to read) might be enough for what you need.... [*] In Everything, query for folders: [*] Export ...

Quick Question regarding Everything and RegEx
I must admit that I am fairly new to RegEx and while having been mostly successful with my endeavors I am absolutely clueless as to where to begin with something like this. Simply Put: I've had a horrible habit of extracting archives and leaving the remains behind. If this isn't a problem of epic pr...

%APPDATA% Not Indexing
Hello All! Simply put, /AppData/ and sub folders appear to not be indexing . Is this by design or a limitation? Do I just need to add it to the list in options? I excluded all 3 of my windows OS's HDD's /Windows/ directories, but that doesn't have anything to do with AppData correct? Just wanted to ...

Re: Full row select
Hey void, how goes it these days?
Was curious if this has been implemented or if it is still lurking in the todo list?
I did a skim through the options and tried looking in the changelog with no success.
Don't mean to pester or bug, just curious.
Thanks,
Paul

Re: Optimal Settings for Monitoring of Future Installations
Truly exceptional response that I do not think could have been answered in a more clear concise manner; I truly appreciate the well versed info. In the manner of the pre-boot/fast boot notion I can say the only reason that my neurons reached to the point of excitation would be in noticing the Solidw...

Optimal Settings for Monitoring of Future Installations
Hey all! First of wanted to thank the developers for the wonderful open software which is a great alternative and a relief for battles with windows indexing hogging up my resources!
