I notoced that this option is listed in the "install section", So when I set it on the command line everything.exe just seems start and end and there is no search window --- so does -noapp-data set a flag? if so, is it in the *.ini file? thanks

thanks for the info -- I recall reading that the time in the efu file could be in iso8601 format so would a string in the form

Hello --- the 3 timestamps in the efu file is the 64-bit value that windows stores for the timestamp of the file --- by definition that value is GMT, so is the value in the efu file the GMT value? Thanks

I been working on a slow download in a vm running everything -- I have large "file list"
since these files are just text, wold it make sense to support gzip compression? adding a new filetype *.efuz ?

To test this, I had one file compress over 85%

version installs everything too --

it seems that this entire issue can be fixed by using the GUID at is assigned to the drive in question --

The GUID is the value that is visible with the mountvol command
