Re: [Solved]Hotkey for Filter>Document... should be customiz
void frankly speaking, i've understood nothing from your previous message. though i was trying you say that ctrl+a is hard coded to select all text in the search edit (when the search edit has focus) (in 1.3.1) and this is exactly what i need but i cannot achieve this behaviour - ctrt+a does not se...

Re: [Solved]Hotkey for Filter>Document... should be customiz
i have 2 questions about hot-keys and filters: 1) it was possible (in version 1.2.1.452) to set a hot-key for the command 'invert selection'. can you enable this feature again ? 2) there is a line 'EVERYTHING' in 'organize filters'. may i ask you to add the possibility to rename or delete it ? the t...

Re: focus rectangle
Are you looking for an option to just remove the DrawFocusRect? if DrawFocusRect means these ugly dots around focused object then yes, i am looking exactly for this option I have added the ini option draw_focus_rect for the next release of Everything thank you very much, i hope this will remove the...

Re: Remember sort order across sessions/restart
i see a decided slowdown with those settings yes, i have to say that this my sentence - ' automatic sorting by path works as fast as the default sort order by name ' - was not correct. i apologize for that in fact, speed is almost 1 second slower with automatic sorting by path. but it is only true ...

Re: Remember sort order across sessions/restart
thanks for implementing this option, automatic sorting by path works as fast as the default sort order by name it is funny, but i had to spend not less than 10-15 minutes just to make it work (version 1.3.1.636 b, win xp pro, sp 2) i cannot even comprehend and describe which action exactly eventuall...

Re: focus rectangle
in my options selection rectangle is set to 'use system default'. in my system the default state implies absence of any dots around any focused object but if i understand correctly, for some reason 'every-thing' behaves not like it should within my operating system (where these dots were successfull...

Re: focus rectangle
these days i am trying out version 1.3.1.636 b (win xp pro, sp 2) as usual, i attempt to customize it as much as possible since 'every-thing' is being developed again, i dare to ask once more - is there any way to make these awful dots either disabled or 100% transparent ? it is so incredibly conven...

Re: Remember sort order across sessions/restart
i suppose that possibility to set the invariable sort order is very needed option if i remember correctly, the quite similar program ultra-search has an option to remember the default sort order unfortunately ultra-search is essentially less convenient in many aspects than 'every-thing' Ideally, I w...

Re: Things to do
1) the 'things to do' list contains the line 'single-click to open' this is definitely the very important feature/possibility (it is so convenient to use the 'single-click' option in windows explorer), so i will look forward to it 2) there is one more line (in the 'things to do' list) which may be q...

Re: Default Sort Order
it almost all cases the first thing i have to do (after instantaneous load of 'everything') is to sort by path. it is tiresome, because i use this marvellous program many times a day so, i would like to have the possibility to define (somewhere in options) the default sort order to 'path' added late...

my version of 'everything' - 1.2.1.371 (win xp) is it possible to get rid of unsightly focus rectangle ? i am asking because i sincerely detest these dots, they bother me a lot. thanks to the afore-mentioned article i got rid of this focus rectangle in windows explorer, foo-bar... but, unfortunately...
