Based on my testing it looks like -create-filelist does not take into account any Excluded Folder settings (configured via the UI, and thus present in the .ini file). Is this by design, or is it a bug? And either way, are there currently any ways of getting -create-filelist to honor Excluded Folder ...

For other's reference, here's what I tried (and what ended up working): Adding the EFU folder to Folders didn't work, even with manually telling the Folder to Update Now. Force Rebuild works, which apparently re-reads the File Lists. So I'm just going to use the following in a Scheduled Task ("...
